| Resumen : | The article analizes the alwas significant fact six great Latin American poets have written a poem with identical title, 2Arte poética, in not more than fifty years (five of them in a period barely longer than three decades: between 1916 and 1949): Vicente Huidobro, Alfonso Reyes, Pablo Neruda, Manuel Bandeira, Jaime Torres Bodet and Jorge Luis Borges.
